Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

• Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense via Canada Post.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Returns cannot be made in person at Devan Greenhouses.

Return Timeframes:

• Annuals: Within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Houseplants: Within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Trees, Shrubs & Perennials: Within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Hardgoods: Within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Cut flowers

• Produce

• Clearance and sale items

Restocking Fee:
Returns with a value of more than $250 may be subject to a restocking fee.
